"Be absolutely aware of this Company. The CEO Allen Douglas is an absolute criminal. He was my property manager and did absolutely nothing right. He shouldn't be allowed anywhere near any property or investor. I've reported him to the appropriate authorities to ensure that his licenses are revoked. Money was sent for repairs that were never done. We would get multiple repair requests for the same tasks. We would send money for repairs required by the city. Once the money was sent and the city reinspected the properties, they would fail re-inspection. The only two conclusions is (i) he either pocketed the money without executing the repairs or (ii) his repairs were done so badly they couldn't pass the city inspection. He failed to file proper paperwork with the city in spite of my repeated requests that he do so, which has now resulted in me having to pay city fines. He would place awful tenants without any kind of proper screening. As an example, I caught him trying to push through a tenant who had no credit history or rental history as he was trying to score his commission for tenant placements. Often the tenants he would place would stop paying after one month. He would have collected his commission while I was stuck with awful tenants. I tried to give this criminal the benefit of the doubt at first. After it became apparent he isn't trust worthy, I tried to separate from him. That was over four months ago and he still hasn't paid out the balance of the money he owes me. I've been forced to take legal action against him. I highly recommend that you stay away from this man and his awful Company for either his repair work or his investor work. You will regret it if you try to transact business with him."
