"Hi everyone. This is in regards of working for citywide as a tech. 1 you dont do full taredowns??? Dont know why. Parts are last minuet because of this. 2 everything is a secret untill you get papers in folder. There is a black book on desk for records. For what is the question? When all orders are in computer. # double record books so the gov sees fake numbers. They had same accountant for 35 years. Etc. 3. management and owner dont repair cars at all or are hacks. Resulting is them bossing and making you zig zag or hop hop from one thing to the next. 4 they set your pace after some time beeing there. They see ware your comfortable with the money. Then skimm off the top. Or decide what that job should pay based on your skills. Im a 1 to 3 ratio tech. So on most jobs if it repaired quarter. The most i seen on a pannel is 9 hrs. Im sure they got 12 hrs to fix it. I dont recomend working for these people. Micromanaged miss treated lies lies lies. Then on my last frame job the didnt pay me suplement money of 600. And i finished every car before leaving. Well off to work i go. Jesus got this. Update 12/11/23 They stole my child support payments for years and my tax report was false Said I earned 5480 all 2021. I was there 10 months averaging 5000 a month. They are definitely double sheeting techs. They are also looking for new techs right now. Looks like the other techs finally figured it out. Beware they are sneaky. Insurance people are on they side as well. Mark is the biggest scammer fake writer. S They work for Ford credit on Michigan Ave for 50 years. I pray they get cut off. Evil people don't deserve to own shops and rip off the people earning they living."
