"We were offered a refund. Called late at night for an emergency service as we had water dripping through our walls on our main floor and basement. The man that came out was really nice but unfortunately didn't look too far into the problem. He looked at our attic and said it was because our roof was leaking and we need to get a roofer. This was not the reason that our walls had water pouring down them. A radiator pipe broke in one of our extra bedrooms and was dumping water through the floors and now we have cracked wood and an unknown amount of damage as he told us that keeping the water on was fine. So we had over 14 hours of water running through our house that could have been stopped almost immediately if it had been looked at properly. He had even walked into the room where the broken pipe was."
