They don't respond once they get your money. I'm filing complaint with BBB and warning my association not to recommend them to homeowners. They are too costly, don'' respond as promised."

"I recently had to assist my disabled brother with replacing his hot water heater. I saw a recommendation on the Downriver and Friends Facebook page for Quint Plumbing. I emailed them and sent photos of the existing hot water heater and received a fair estimate. When I called on 4/6 to schedule the installation I was amazed at the rapid availability and scheduled it for 4/7 ( Good Friday). They called promptly to let us know they were on the way and the work was completed in a very timely manner. I will keep their number at the ready for any other plumbing issues that may arise, and offer it to anyone who asks me if I know a plumber."
