"Craig's TV Service was great. I had a screen issue 3 months after buying my Samsung TV, called Samsung to set up the warranty repair and Samsung set me up with Craig's. I dealt with Dawn on the phone for scheduling and figuring out parts, etc. She was super helpful and easy to work with. My repair technician was Louie. He was super friendly and respectful, made the repair very quickly(replaced the entire screen unit), and was very unintrusive. I will absolutely recommend and reuse Craig's TV Service as needed, I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality of service. Thanks Dawn and Louie!"
