"I would not use their service ever again! They charged me $225.00 per hour for labor! Highway robbery! Took his good old time too! 2 hours for labor was $450. That was just to replace a leaky tub faucet/spout. I had them replace all the fixtures in the tub so they would match. I have no complaints for the cost of the fixtures, but I was obviously taken advantage of when it came to labor. So to replace a shower head, faucet, & spout cost me $642.59."

Instead of charging a service call fee to come out and then tell you how much like most places do they charge a reasonable hourly rate that then goes to half hour increments if needed. From the first phone call to the plumber that did the work my impression was nice, courteous, Fair pricing, and understanding of the situation. What more could you ask from a company.
