"Took my phone to get new glass put in, they ordered the wrong glass. 3 day wait on correct glass to come. I instead bought a new phone. Tried to get a refund on the $45 deposit only to be told I had to pay a restocking fee. I only received $20 back. A case of incompetentence on their end and I pay for it."

"They replaced a battery for my moms phone and it still didn’t work. My mom is 81 years old and not tech savvy. She ended up having to buy a new phone the next day. I called and spoke to a person who said they would refund the battery minus the service fee of $25. When my mom went to return it, they would not refund her. When I went to the store and explained what the person I spoke to said in regards to refunding minus the $25 service fee, they claimed they had to contact the manager and figure out who told me that. The message I received was that no one ever told me they would refund the battery. So basically they are lying and accusing me of lying. Definitely would not recommend. Not trustworthy. In addition, if I was told that it would not be possible to refund when I called then I wouldn’t have called my mother and told her she could get a refund. However I was told that she could get all but $25 back. The money isn’t important to me, point is you clearly don’t care about customer service and whoever was working on 7/7/23 at 1:41pm told me wrong information and your company did not stand behind what I was told. I should have done better research before coming to your shop which I have now researched and see that Better business bureau has given you a D- rating."
