"Edit 9/7/23 Its been almost a full year and they still have not repaired my computer properly.. They ruined my expensive HP laptop..They were supposed to order a new screen but continue to tell me it is on back order and i have not heard from them in a few months. When I call, I no longer get an answer. May decide to just go to court. I took my computer there to replace the touch screen and the top half of my computer got damaged and bent and no longer closes all the way and the new off brand touch screen only works intermittently. I was advised several times over the last 3 to 4 months that they have ordered a new top but that it is not in yet. Im just ready to go to better business bureau. I paid almost $400 for a screen replacement and now have more problems than I did when I initially went in SEVERAL months ago, before christmas!!!"

"If I could I would give them a negative 0. The guy was/is very unprofessional, was cussing at me and my son, charge my son $65 to fix his charging port and didn't, wouldn't give a refund even though it was the next Day, not to mention there's NO SIGN ANYWHERE That SAYS NO FUND NOT EVEN ON THE RECEIPTS OH AND THE MAN WORKERS NAME IS RAY!!!!!"

"Excellent service and good follow through. I have a gaming computer we started to put together without any computer knowledge or experience. Ray was able to finish what we started at a reasonable price and provided constant feedback with his progress. He also provided some recommendations for parts to buy and let me purchase them and drop off, saving me a little money. He also repaired my phone camera lens which was cracked. Can't even tell it was replaced."
