"Drain King was hired to unclog and stop backups in my home In treating the client which was me, he was extremely rude and yelled at me often. The backups continued. He was called 6 times. He did not honor his contract, he never returned any calls and never made Any attempt to fix the problem !"

"I called 8am and was told they would be here in the morning the next day and counted on them so I never called anyone else so at 5pm Drain King called to cancel they had a more important job for more money and they couldnt come so tells me they dont care about the little jobs or regular customers will never call them again"

"Was treated very rudely by Mike at their office after years of referring clients to this company. I am a real estate agent and they were set to inspect my listing today having been hired by the buyer. The buyers agent was not available to meet the buyer and Drain King there so I offered to do it. I contacted Drain King to request a ten minute notice when they were on their way as i live close by. Mike repeatedly and rudely told me they expected payment prior to the service, even after I told him that the buyer had made the appointment with them and i was simply providing access. I even stated I would render payment if buyer was not prepared but he couldn't hear me as he was talking over me. When he tried to say it again I told him I didn't understand why he felt the need to keep saying that to me but to have a nice day and ended the call. Mike promptly called the buyer and cancelled the appointment saying the reason was that I was rude to him. I tried to call back to clear things up but he sent me to voice mail. I left a message explaining that I had been a customer for many years and had referred all my clients to their company and there had never been a problem with paying for services. I said maybe there had been some confusion and he mistook me for someone who owed them money. It was not me that had hired them and it was unprofessional to cancel with that buyer, based on a call he had with me. Feel like i just got bullied. Very upsetting and completely uncalled for. #donewithdrainking Update: He called me back to inform me how wrong i was and that his first and foremost is to get paid. He went on to share scenarios that people are unprepared to pay or expect to be billed. When it was my turn to talk I told him that he was rude to me and it felt like bullying. I said it was uncalled for and unprofessional to cancel with that buyer who had no involvement in this unfortunate situation. He then told me I should hear myself. I ended the call stating I was done using his company."
