"Needed my basement perimeter drainage system and sewer jetted out. They came out while I was at work. My builder let them in. They did the work then called me at work demanding payment immediately. I said I would be home in a couple of hours and I could pay them then. Not good enough; they needed it now, and the guy was really rude about it. $750. Whatever, I paid them. When I got home, I discovered that they had broken some of the clean-out caps that they had removed and not bothered to replace them. Thanks. In short, they did the work, and the drains were clean, but the guy was rude and they didn't care about fixing their blunders. If you hire them, be sure to supervise."
