"We had a problem with the water heater: when we turned on the ignition, it turned off after a minute. I found Nelson Plumbing on a Facebook, a recommendation from Waterford Matters. Two men came the same day - I was thankful. Looked at the water heater for about 5 minutes and promised to call with a solution. They called the next morning, they said we need to either change the valve control or replace the whole thing. The second option was highly recommended. The price for replacing the water heater was fair, for changing the valve - expensive, so my husband did it himself for 1/4 of that price (he is good at these things). After replacing the valve control, the problem recurred. It didn't work. At this time, a man from Nelson came to collect the visit fee, which was $125. And he said - "you see, you need to replace this water heater!" We started thinking about it, but I made one last try and called another company. They came the same day and were not too lazy to get inside the water heater and sort out the problem, and they fixed our water heater!!! It works perfectly! They spent about 10 minutes on that and I was so grateful!!! Out water heater is 6 years old, but it doesn't mean we must replace it if it works, right? I don't want to offend anyone, but this is about how we all do our jobs."

At the end, they do everything very nicely. They installed the new shower system for us, and replaced the outside fossets on the walls of our house. I recommend them!
