Their work is shoddy at best and they do things the way they were done 50 years ago. They’re building looks like it is in shambles and most of the workers look like homeless men . "I never leave bad reviews....but this company is the worst I've ever dealt with!!!! Worst company ever to do business with!! We built a house and they were the company that installed our a/c unit. From the first week we had it (3 years ago), we have had problems with it. They have been to our home 11 times in the past 3 summers to fix it, and each time a different technician claims something else is wrong with it, and shocker, it doesn't get fixed properly each time. It's a lemon and needs to be replaced , which we knew from day 1 since brand new a/c's don't just have problems right away. Finally, around September 2013, (right before the warranty is up) they said they would replace the whole unit...then said they would have to wait until it's constantly over 60 to replace it. Figured that would mean trouble. We had an appointment last Monday to come out and replace it. They said since it was supposed to rain all week, they had to push it back to this week. They were supposed to show yesterday "first thing in the morning," and we had to call around 10 am to ask where they were. Their response "they would be there soon." We call back at 4, seriously annoyed because my fiancee wasted her whole day at the house, expecting someone to show up. We call back at 4:30 VERY upset with the situation. They said they would call us back to let us what's going on. They close at 5:00 mind you. We call back at 4:55 and leave a voicemail. Someone calls us back 15 minutes later and says everyone is out of the office and that there was a mixup and they would be out first thing today. Well, today there is another excuse. And it seems like we aren't getting an a/c and our warranty is up and this place has lied MANY TIMES and screwed us over royally. STAY AWAY"
