"GlassTec of South Lyon, Michigan was truly a pleasure to deal with. Kathy was our initial contact and she really made this a very easy transaction. Kathy handled all the insurance and scheduled the technician. Our car is one that has several different windshields based on what options it was built with. If you order the wrong one, your optional features are likely not to function. Kathy quickly determined the correct windshield, ordered the windshield and had it ready to install within a couple days. Garrett came to our home and installed the windshield quickly and expertly, and another technician came out within a couple hours and re-calibrated all sensors to factory specs. EVERY person we dealt with from GlassTec was very friendly AND very professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if I need glass service again, I will not hesitate to call them again."
