"Do Not Use Them . Tyler the owner of this franchise told me he had the contractors to instal my IKEA kitchen, do the electric installation along w the dry wall. Since he told me he had worked for Balfour and had a good roster of subs, I agreed. The carpenter he used to install cabinets didn't get one of them level . Then he got another "senior " carpenter to correct but after him everything bonded and drawers couldn't open etc. I then had to pay another carpenter to correct all the work. Tyler then used an electrician who caused shorts through my house and I discovered that he had left live lines dangling inside all the outlets he installed in kitchen. Furthermore, the GFI outlets were not installed to code. And to correct the shorts he created he disabled two circuit breakers to make things work. I foolishly paid Tyler in excess of $25000 in advance thinking he was button up. He refused to cover any of the &4,000 I incurred to correct this work not to mention the dangerous condition he left in the electrical system. Barbara Herrott Ann Arbor, Mi"
