"Scott brought his team on 11/8/19 to determine what was causing a hole to develop in my backyard after the heavy rains. He thought it was most likely my sump pump drainpipe that was buried underground rather than the sprinkler lines which crossed the same area. Didn't take long to locate my problem caused by a drain pipe that had never being installed correctly many years ago. Not wanting to take a chance on any other potential breaks, I asked Scott to go ahead and completely replace the entire pipeline leading from the house out about 25 feet. He had brought everything that could possibly be needed to fix my problem (including sprinkler parts) if that had been a problem. Scott watched over every detail. He made sure the pipe was properly laid on rock this time making it secure. The slant was checked and rechecked to make sure everything would drain on the correct downward slant. They were very careful not to cut through any other non related lines underground. Without stopping, they diligently worked until the job was completed in about four hours! Hard to believe a team of three could dig a fairly deep hole about 25 feet long, install the rock and pipe, and replace the topsoil so the area looked almost undisturbed in such a short period of time. "Scott and his crew planted 2 Black Hills Spruce for me the last week of April 2019. The 2 Colorado Spruce we had never looked right and developed needlecast. Scott found out the Colorados had been planted in clay which is why they never did well. He removed the clay and back filled the holes with good soil. We have curbing, lighting, and cable in the planting area. They didn’t damage anything and my new trees look FANTASTIC! The trees are on the front of my house and they match perfectly. I highly recommend Scott and Third Coast."
