"I can’t say enough about this team! My hard drive was fried. Another company told me that they couldn’t even see anything on it - that I lost everything (including baby and family pictures and years of videos). "My computer was on its last legs so I purchased a new one from another store. I took it to QuickTech Solutions to have them transfer files from my old computer to my new one. Andy waited on me and came across as very knowledgeable and professional. He even took time to explain some of the features on my new computer, even though I didn't purchase it from him. He also advised me that the anti-virus software that the salesperson from the other store said I needed, wasn't necessary. I was able to return the software and that saved me $50.
