"I called to get siding and gutters repaired after a large tree came down on my son's house.. The lady asked about the roof. I told her we had already contracted that out. She asked if the roofer did siding and gutters. I told her he did not do those trades. She said her company does roofing. I reiterated that that was already taken care of. She let me know if she could not have the roof job, she would not reside the house and install new gutters. Such a weird, awkward phone call. I finally thanked her for her time and told her I would call another company."
