"Won't be using Robin Aire heating and cooling in the future. Heating issue last weekend, tech came out, diagnosed a faulty control board, quoted nearly $2000 to repair and immediately suggested purchasing a new furnace. Asked for the part number of the board and found it online for $400-625 on multiple sites. Office followed with a 2nd quote the next day and it was $1553 and also suggested looking into a new furnace. Needless to say as a long time customer of Robin Aire this violates basic business principles of treating a customer fairly. Office stated we were paying for their expertise! I think not...."

"Technicians arrived promptly, introduced themselves, clearly explained what they would be doing and went about removing old equipment and installing the new. They wore booties and laid down drop cloths in the house and cleaned up after themselves outside. Kyle patiently explained my new thermostat and even helped me set it up. He also took time to introduce me to my new equipment, including how to maintain it, and asked several times if I had any questions.
