"Overall a great experience. I got several quotes on a complete HVAC system install. All the other company's sent a sales guy out and it felt like a sales call. Kern sent out Scott, who was one of the owners and he spent plenty of time with me talking through all my options and knew what he was talking about. The pricing was excellent and the quality of the install was excellent too. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff that didn't matter, or pressure me with discounts if I signed quick. The install crew was amazing.m, I felt totally comfortable having them in my house. And at the end of the day Justin and the install team even brought in my empty trash cans.
