"Seth broke my phone!!! I took my phone in to repair a crack and was told they could fix it no problem. When I came back to pick up my phone, he told me he cut an important wire in the back and that it was unavoidable. He also cracked my screen protector but would not admit that he did it. I just wish he would have told me he wouldn’t be able to avoid breaking my phone so that I could have taken it somewhere else. I felt very misled. So he told me to bring it back a few days later when he had the part in to fix what he had broken and that it would take no more than an hour. It ended up taking 4. DO NOT recommend this place! Seth was very condescending in every interaction and broke my phone!!"

I have never had a cell phone repaired for the fact that I just buy a new one but Seth brought a whole new light to cell phone repair and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my phone with him! "i would give it a 4/5. i did my claim through T-Mobile since the screen repair for one of the phones in our account (S21 Ultra) was just $29. we’re from auburn hills so it was pretty far for us. the phone was cracked pretty bad as there was lines and flashes. he told us not to worry and it would be ready in 2 hours. i asked if they need the passcode so they test it but they said they don’t need it. i was kinda is skeptical since they would just put on the screen and not test it. i come back and turn on the phone and i see a defect in the screen. i tell him about it and he says that they can replace it same day or they out it back in the old screen on. we were in a rush at the time so we had just left with the defect. they also said that they can replace it whenever we come back. honestly it’s a bummer that they didn’t test it at least on the lock screen. it definitely was an accident and said it was an issue from samsung. after a few days with the phone there’s like a clicking sound on the back bottom of the phone and glue slipping out by the cameras. if i had time i would take the phone back for it to have a look but were a busy family and do not have the time plus it’s very far from us. but i would come back if i ever have an issue with our devices with a T-Mobile claim."
