"We had our bathtub redone by SIR and have been very happy with the product. The salesman, John, was very informative and great as well as quick to work with. The project took only 2 days, demo then install. Both of those days went very well and I was impressed with cleanup in between as well as at completion. The only part of the process that was unnecessary and irrelevant was the project manager. He arrived one time to go over details then never communicated again. I had to reach out and ask him to talk to demo team, since person did not know what they were even demoing. The project manager never checked in with us on progress, on satisfaction, questions, etc. I would say that part can be left out."

"After deciding that I really needed to replace my 60 year old bathtub, I made an appointment with Sir. Nick, the salesman, communicated clearly the goals of the company and the policies and helped me with financing. Nick, the installer, project manager Anthony and drywaller Anthony (yes, two Nicks and two Anthonys!) communicated clearly at every step and made me feel that my input was invaluable. There were, of course, unexpected problems (like a leak in my wall that made the plumbing vent pipe deteriorate, stuck shut-off valves, etc), and they communicated those problems to me promptly and clearly. Because I had to work, I let them in in the morning and they locked up when they left… no problems there, either. They also set my new toilet and new vanity, making sure both looked nice. I’m very pleased and I highly recommend Sir."

"My first encounter was Alfredo on Thursday who dod the demo. He showed before pictures of my floor and explained what he found. He then put a stronger floor surface down, leveled it and told me this would make a more stable surface. Friday, Matt B came and installed the new shower. His attention to detail and meticulous manner hanging new dry wall, of measuring, creating a template before cutting the shower walls and looking at every detail down to half round molding on the floor to cover any gaps, to inlaying the corning material inside my shower window. I have used my shower now since Sunday and I am so pleased that there is no give in the shower floor. It is all beautifully finished."
