"I called this company to help hook up a gas line for my new gas stove. They insisted that the stove be present so that they could line things up. I made sure the stove was there. They showed up and ran the line but didn’t hook up the stove. The guy told me he didn’t bring the connector for the stove to the line, but said that it was easy to do and that I could get the connector at Home Depot. I did. I pushed the stove in place and there was a two inch gap due to the placement of the line… I called them to come back and fix it, they reluctantly came, but didn’t fix the problem… they put an elbow on the line to try to help but then put it back into place with still an inch+ gap (see picture). Now I have to either live with this or a real company to fix it I guess… avoid this company. Look elsewhere."
