He understood exactly what we needed and how to do it. His quote was competitive with competition. The work was completed on time with zero complications. What really stood out to me, aside from the professionalism and skill, was that Ryan did the quote for the work that he himself would be doing. Competitors did not do it this way - the person coming out wasn't going to be the one doing the work. I really appreciate not needing to re-explain everything on the day of the work and missing things as a result. Amber with their dispatch crew did a great job keeping us in the loop on when they'd be starting. Also really appreciated that. She was very kind on the phone too.
