"Lousy service. Bought a riding mower. 20hrs of use, the front wheel fell off. They didn't know when they could fix. I order parts to fix myself. I canceled the parts order, after I could get it fixed by local mechanic. He would not refund my money. Had to get my credit card company to get my money back. This place stinks!!!!"

"I recently took my Coleman mini bike to Joe's Lawn and Garden because the throttle would get stuck wide open. The staff was friendly, but the work was not satisfactory. The mini bike only had about 1 hour on it when I took it in. Joe's replaced the motor, but the same problem happened again after only 5 weeks. I was very disappointed that the issue was not fixed properly the first time. To make matters worse, Joe's did not communicate with me at all during the 5 weeks that my mini bike was in their shop. I had to call them multiple times to check on the status of my repair. I am very concerned about the safety of my mini bike. The throttle getting stuck wide open could have been life-threatening. I will not be taking my mini bike back to Joe's Lawn and Garden. I would not recommend this business to anyone."

"NEVER AGAIN!! Today was first and Last dollar they will ever get from me!! Went to pick up my zero-turn that was stalling out when I engaged the PTO. They replaced the plugs, and said my battery was bad. $217 ( Funny that it starts fine, and runs w/o blades engaged, but Ok, they are the "experts.") When I go to test the PTO upon pick up, it does the same thing, dies. The "mechanic" is at a loss. Did he not test it?!? After some scrambling around, and consulting with the other mechanic, he sprayed contact cleaner on the seat sensor switch. Fixed. They still wanted the $217 for the battery and plugs that were NOT the problem. Lesson learned for me. I hope you take this to heart, and take your business elsewhere."
