Brad always shows up when he says so you aren't left waiting for ever and goes above and beyond. He is respectful and clean with his work and is friendly. The most recent time I had to call he actually ran ahead of schedule and showed up about 2 hrs before he was scheduled. This was awesome as we had no working toilet in a home with 3 KIDS!!
