What nerve never called back still holding my antique clocks that were left to me from a estate. Talked to 2 other people in town they said they do that to a lot of people. What arrogance. I highly recommend people dont use them."

"During Covid the owners lost family. This was quite a blow to many in the area. They are a experts in their craft. They are a valuable source for the home based and wearable instruments. I have been able to have them repair and maintain our family heirlooms or simple fossil wrist watches. I trust them to give honest advice on options in repairing or purchasing. It is worth paying the boys to ensure an investment is what it is seems to be. Don't take advantage as this is a small local business. A 100 - 300 year old device is not a toy, Many need custom parts. Just a cleaning for older pieces is needed and requires special expertise. I trust them both. Some of my business contacts are special. Clock House is in my top 10."

"This is a very unprofessional, unorganized and over priced place. I'd recommend finding another place. You said it. YOU had no record of my purchase. You had records of every other purchase except mine. It's not my job to keep your records. I paid in advance, and was told all I had to do was come pick it up. If you had YOUR paperwork on it you would have had my number that you called to say it was ready, and name and other information. It wasn't my responsibility to bring proof. The guy working got very snotty with me. And you are going to say I had a conniption? Yes, that's so very mature of you. I didn't raise my voice while I was there, nor did I say a mean word. And I simply left a honest review of my experience."
