She spoke in such a tone that I would have expected her to be of high-school age!!! The ignorance and mocking in her voice to my question was just the most disrespect I’ve ever experienced from a “business”"

"Full disclosure; I have never written an online review...positive or negative. However, I couldn't let the poor business practices of Gemini Lawn and Landscaping go unmentioned. In the spring of 2020, I contracted with Gemini Lawn and Landscaping to complete some landscaping for me in New Buffalo. I was asked to put down a 50% deposit (of several thousand dollars) which I did. Following my deposit, Gemini Lawn and Landscaping alleged they never received the monies despite clear evidence to the contrary from Chase that the funds had been removed from my account. After several attempts to rectify the situation, I was left no other options but to pursue legal recourse. With so many landscaping options available to us in Harbor Country, I would urge all to steer clear of this deceitful company!"
