"Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Used them because they were referred to me. Never again. I spent over $1,000 to have a unit repaired. Jim won't give you an estimated time of arrival, just texts you when he's there and expects you to drop everything and show up. Also showed up during buisness hours, didn't announce what he was doing, just pulled out the WRONG table, knocking everything off during a lunch rush and hasn't been back to finish fixing the table I'd already paid for him to fix. Never heard back from them. I'll probably end up taking them to court."

"everyone there is very professional very reliable they show up on time I feel they do a great job at a reasonable price. They take care of all our heating and air conditioners. They also installed a top if the line heater for our above ground pool. It is awesome and do are they. Being newer to the area a lot of service personnel are not reliable, don't show up, don't call back , bad work or they say they Cain do something they have never tried before. These people at wholehouse are wonderful, and very knowledgeable. I only recommend them"
