"Worked with the owner of the company and he knows what he’s doing when it comes to computer repairs!!! I feel that customer service is a lost art but not at EINSTEIN ELECTRONICS! I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 which decided to stop working. Plus it has a cracked screen. It’s only 2 years old, so I felt it was worth getting repaired. The turn around time was exceptional!! Dropped it off at noon & it was ready for pick up at 4 the following afternoon! I not only got a great turn around time, but was given suggestions on how to preserve my computer’s battery life! Remember I said customer service???? Unlike the big box stores you’re not treated like a number!!
