"Had my boat winterized and was told the cover could be left on the floor and wouldn't be in the way for shrin wrapping. Came back without the cover. They offered to replace the 'tarp' until they realized it was a $1200 cover that was lost, misplaced or stolen. They have yet to make it right."

"This place is a joke! We have taken our 2019 boat here the past 2 summers and both summers it was returned to us with a dead battery. This past weekend was the worst- when we took the boat to them in September for winter storage and maintenance, we told them that our "Service Engine" light was on. They said they would fix it. When we picked up our boat 9 months later- Memorial Day weekend- we got the boat in the water, went to start it, and not only was the battery dead AGAIN (like it was last summer after being in their care), the "service engine" light was STILL ON. We had to get a new battery and then they told us, "We can't service your engine since it is still under warranty." Had they told us this in September, we could have used the past 9 months to get it fixed. Now we are starting our summer with a dead battery and a boat whose engine still has an issue. Karen the owner told me, "Well we just bought this place and we don't have enough workers." She offered an apology but nothing else. I will never do business with this place ever again. They don't care about their customers and don't have enough workers to manage their business properly."

"We are not happy with this business for many reasons. We took our boat in to have it winterised , check the gauges & install lights. We picked it up to have the lights not working, gauges never looked at. Hoping they really changed the oil! After a few phone calls the owner Mark came out to see what was up with the lights.... after he discovered they were not hooked up properly he mentions the gauges & I stated you were supposed to fix them... OMG I felt the stories on the repairs were ever changing and excuses."
