Well this is a message to anyone out there that's dealt with Dave in this situation make a police report because it will go to the prosecuting attorney's office . Dave thinks he can get away with this but you have a court date in your future. Yeah Dave didn't want to talk to me my lawyer or the cop so he's going to talk to a judge."
