"Caleb, Dan and Tim worked with us on replacing hardwood floor damaged by water and refinishing our remaining hardwood to match the new boards. Caleb clearly outlined our options and the timeline needed to complete the work at our initial meeting. Dan and Tim were friendly and patient with all my questions. They showed up when they said they would and were very clean. They put down sample stains for me to review and completed the job on time. Caleb responded promptly to my questions about fumes and how long it takes for the floors to harden after Dan and Tim finished their part. I highly recommend this team for any insurance repairs or home remodeling! We love how the floors turned out!"

"Team Restoration just completed a total transformation and gave us a kitchen we thought would never be possible in this 1920s bungalow style home! Mark was an *exceptional* project manager throughout the process; he answered every question we had thoughtfully, professionally and with a great deal of knowledge - from planning to finish. We always knew what the week would bring ahead of time, he responded to every text/email and helped us make decisions along the way. Five HUNDRED stars for communication, setting our expectations and using all the appropriate emojis while texting! There were some ‘on the fly’ decisions to be made as demo progressed. Project manager Mark and his team (especially carpenter Marc) came up with outstanding solutions that worked within our budget. They were also very patient with me as I waffled between flooring and countertop choices - I really went down a Marmoleum rabbit hole. All the workers were courteous, kind, skilled and did a great job cleaning up each day. The work was extensive. Along with the typical demo that comes with a kitchen remodel, they executed a chimney removal (from roof to basement), roof repair, removed a couple of walls, used a massive steel beam for support, resized and installed new doors and windows (then repaired our siding). You’d never know there were walls there before because our ceiling is perfectly flush from the front of the house all the way to back. It’s amazing! I really can’t say enough good things and would not hesitate to recommend or rehire. Check out some of our before and after pictures (in a confusing, but labeled order)! They made what could have been a long, painful project run incredibly smoothly. Mark was a joy to work with: he coordinated every aspect of the project including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and inspectors; he was excellent at communicating with us about timing and schedules; and he had expert advice to offer any time a question or issue arose. Every employee of Team we worked with was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable.
