"I had the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus replaced. It’s only been 2 hours, but so far, so good as far as the battery and the workmanship (everything was put back together nicely - no issues with the appearance or functionality of the phone). They said it would take 30 minutes, and they delivered on that promise (I had scheduled an appointment, so that may have helped - but in any event, I appreciate promptness!). The only thing that lost them points was the time it took to greet me and get me checked in. I walked in just steps behind a woman who needed a watch battery replaced, so had to wait through that, and the worker took a phone call in the middle of that, put that person on hold, then I let him go back to the phone after the watch battery was done. It sounded like someone else was in the back room, so I’m not sure why I wasn’t helped sooner. Overall, a pretty good experience. Hoping that the new battery holds a charge better that the old (original) one."
