"Order the part for my refrigerator back in the Spring of 23 and now it's December of 23 and now they're business is out of business due to medical problems and they said letters were sent out. I have not received a letter yet. This is really c*****,triangle there was no other company involved, When I called you over the summer you told me it was. I'm back order and you would let me know when it was in."
"I would love to leave triangle a better review but unfortunately they just stopped responding to us all together. We had them come out for a Frigidaire stove that was making a rattling noise when heating up and cooling down. They told us it was a known issue that sometimes gets fixed and sometimes doesn't and would have to contact the manufacturer as a next step and it could take some time. Well we waited and called and waited and called. We ended up calling the manufacturer ourselves who said they never received a record of the service and could send out a new tech. We tried calling again and again in hopes of not starting all over but again nothing. my time is also valuable and this is very unprofessional. Thank you for nothing."
"This company was hired by my warranty through Frigidaire. tech put down he fixed my refrigerator and was literally in our home 5 min and said nothing could be done. Wrote down the serial # and left. Said that my new fridge is loud because it’s a newer refrigerator. I then called Frigidaire to check on warranty and they told me tech put down he fixed a part to the refrigerator and it was fixed. I called Triangle service and the lady who answered said that she doesn’t believe that the tech would do that and hung up on me. Terrible service and dishonest company. Why mark something fixed on a refrigerator if it wasn’t actually done. Don’t waist your time with this company Edit to review-Learned with a warranty you can ask for a company that you feel comfortable with if you can use them instead of using Triangle Service. We had another company come out and they FIXED our refrigerator. Triangle Service said is was normal the noise lol and there was nothing they could do. Run from this company!"
"We had Triangle Service come to repair our fridge/freezer. He did not call to tell us an arrival time and completely surprised us and our twin newborns at a very unideal time. While here, the technician moved our microwave while it was plugged in and broke one of the prongs on the plug. Our microwave is now out of commission. We paid $300 for about 1 hour of labor which included breaking a different one of our appliances. How frustrating. To make matters worse, we have called and called and are being ignored. Yesterday the phone just rang every time we called. Today I left a message that is going unreturned. Now the voicemail box is full. Wish we had read reviews before using the company… terribly disappointing."
"I purchased a kitchenaid dishwasher through Home Depot approximately 8 weeks ago. I installed the dishwasher according to NEC 2021 codebook, and the unit was doa. Home Depot told me to call whirlpool (parent company of kitchenaid) who then scheduled Triangle to come fix the problem. While courteous on the phone, they are very difficult to get a hold of, and do not communicate on anything resembling a professional level. They missed a service call, and called me the day of to let me know they were waiting on a main control board. They gave me no expected time frame on part delivery. I called the following week for a followup and was told nothing new. I waited 5 weeks and ended up contacting Whirlpool directly again. They informed me that I would be contacted after the part arrived, which was to be on this past Monday. Another week passed, it is now that Friday, and another call to whirlpool has left me with no new answers, and a block of metal instead of a dishwasher. Triangle Appliance did not reach out, and have now been 6 weeks without so much as a phonecall to me. I understand COVID has caused problems with part deliveries and service, but to be 6 weeks without any sort of communication is inexcusable and entirely unprofessional. It is worth noting that this is the first time I have had to leave a review that is not 5 stars. EDIT: I guess I misspoke when I said they missed the scheduled appointment. They called day of to inform me they were not coming, after I had already altered my schedule to accommodate their very wide service window. While not technically missing the appointment, it had the same impact on my schedule and day as if they had."
