"Very honest and customer-centered company. We Didn't catch a missing part of what we paid for earlier this year with the system they installed. The staff caught the error doing an audit called us and quickly fixed the issue. We have been impressed since day one with how well we are treated and if we have questions they're always answered within a few hours."
"This company is very professional and responsive. They explain everything very well. Very nice to work with them. It wasn't cheap, but nothing with a septic system is ever cheap, and they probably saved me a lot of time and hassle....and money by not having to replace my whole system. I felt they were honest and up front with everything."
"So I was very pleased with how quickly they answered me when I called and I would have gone through them. But I ended up finding somebody closer and who could get out here sooner and that really swayed my decision to go with the other people. But I had to get a refund back from Michigan drain field and the lady that I talked to was super super understanding about the situation and she says she totally understood where I was coming from. I really appreciate that and I think that's great that they didn't make a big stink about it. Thank you again"
"I had received an estimate for drainfield replacement from another, local septic company. A friend suggested Michigan Drainfield might be able to repair my girls rather than replace it. I contacted them, set up them appointment, and was told the drainfield evaluation was $400 but the $400 would go towards any future work. I paid it and, 2 weeks later, the tech came out to the house. He spent 10 minutes asking questions about the situation and condition of my septic system, and then proceeded to tell me that it was unlikely Michigan Drainfield could do anything based on the age of my system. He still lifted the lid off the septic tank and looked inside briefly, but still said it was not a candidate for repair. Within 15 minutes of arriving, he left. When I called the office to complain that I had paid $400 to have someone ask questions that could have been answered over the phone the response I received was that the technician would be reprimanded. In spite of my me stating that the concern wasn't that the tech did anything wrong but that I could have saved $400 by answering questions over the phone instead of having him come out she restated that the tech would be 'retrained'. Do, rather than return my money or even a portion of it, they planned to berate the tech for not being deceptive enough. A month later I'm still getting emails and calls to remind me that they have a quote ready for repairing my drainfield even though they said it's not a candidate for repair."
"Josh was fantastic. Explained everything extremely well and was very professional. I was having drain field inspected for potential issues that another company had told me it would cost around $4k to try and address. Their inspection consisted of walking around the area and never once exposed any of the field tile. Josh’s inspection was extremely thorough and determined field was working fine just had a area that was not as deep and there was no need for any expensive repair. Highly recommend their services"
