"they have not only try to scam me with additional fees such as "water damage" etc, but they also steal parts from the inside of your apple products "replacing batteries" and more, terribly expensive & definitely scamming parts out of people... my mother a while back has gone to replace a screen on an ipad my little brother uses for the 2nd time now, it turns black completely and they always apperantly "fix it" for more money, for the 3rd time within 3 months my mom has decided she did not want to replace it again and rather break it with my 6 yo brother, what they found was only "cases" both the top and back piece popped open with NOTHING inside, they had basically taken everything from the inside of my poor brothers & mothers ipad, due to there being a language barrier, i'm sure this company simply took advantage. 1/10! (my mom has left voice mails and no response, company all of the sudden has nothing to say.)"
