"Service was excellent when asked to come out and obtain a quote for boat-work. Canvas and top was taken off of our charter boat in the fall of 2019 and was told it would be complete by spring 2020 - it was not. The top was put on the boat after several emails and texts asking when this would happen. The drop curtains and isinglass was not done until June, meaning we had some cold wet trips for our customers. When it was done, it was done incorrectly, then ripped and had to be repaired. All in while, the boat top went from black to a light gray in the matter of a couple of months. Was told this would be replaced July, then August, then September - and finally in October was taken care of. After leaving the boat, they did not put anything back they had moved and actually unplugged our boat - everything in our fridge spoiled. Additionally we referred several people to them for work, and they never returned the phone calls. Very disappointed."
