His kindness, professionalism, top-notch work and most incredible customer service have me calling him “Art the Angel.” He has provided the same excellent service to my brother for years. "Art's is great. They installed central air for us about 18 months ago when the "big guy" in town couldn't even turn around a quote after weeks of waiting. We were happy with the price, and Art did a good job of explaining the options. Recently the heat went out in our cottage. I initially called the bigger outfits in Sturgeon Bay thinking they'd be out faster. Turns out Art's was there in a little over 24 hours while the other guys in town weren't interested in new customers or just service work.
