"Had an underground gas leak on lines that were installed in a new home just a few years ago. No emergency service available so 2 guys came out the following morning and spent hours looking for a gas leak after the gas was shut off and not leaking. Poor communication between office and field staff so I had to explain myself where the leaks were and insist on getting them fixed. Never filled the hole in after fixing the leaks, just left a pile of mud that is now frozen. Also had a mini split out that I called on a week earlier with no return call. Had them address that while they were there and they tore apart a different unit that was working fine. Spent hours looking at the broken unit and were unable to fix, left mud all over the floor of a finished space."

ClimateGuys said they would come out the next day and replace the entire unit for 1/2 the price to fix it that the other companies did. They did great work and very friendly. "My heat died early early Christmas Eve morning, in the midst of a blizzard & some of the coldest temps on record. I was Googling 24/7 heat repair offering emergency services and came across ClimateGuys. I left a voicemail in the middle of the night and within 45 minutes, I had received a call back and a scheduled time to be out (despite the blizzard conditions) to fix my heat.
