"HORRIBLE experience, sent a technician for a total of 5.5 hours on site, he couldn't fix the problem. We sent all information beforehand, sent boards, etc with him, they couldn't fix the boards, "they were obsolete", then finally somehow were able to fix them again, quoted over a week later. The lead time of 2 weeks, which meant ANOTHER visit to charge, mind you they knew we were down for approximately over 2 weeks with an emergency issue from jump street. I had to call, get updates every other day as no statuses were being volunteered on the quote, or the repair turnaround timeframe. We were hit with a $5,400K bill for virtually no return on investment. Biggest rip off to date. They also didn't put the tech on a plane so they could charge you more in "drive time" with their car rental services and upcharge that, pretty crooked if you ask me. If they go over "8" hours then they charge OT, but not for the actual service itself, THE DRIVE TIME!!! Which they did not tell us upfront. The tech chose to drive back himself on OT on a Sunday at double time, I would of gladly paid for one more nights stay and dinner and made out ahead! We should have been given that option for travel time on Monday to avoid unnecessary charges. Instead, we were charged an OT rate because of their schedule. They quoted us $6K, and came in around $5,400K, so I guess they thought a bone was thrown our way for a whopping 5.5 hour service charge all around. I have never seen something so chaotic in all my years in business. I pray this review serves as a fair warning to all! They will spend your money like their name is on your checkbook.... "I knew going into this it would be pricey for me to fix. They had a tech stop on his way back from another job to try and trouble shoot it. I was then told I would need to have the CNC control rebuilt. I contacted the company they were going to use directly, as I gave them the contact info, and was able to get a replacement board really cheep. I sat back and waited to hear when they would be back to finish the job and for some reason they decided the contact info I had given them was no longer good. They then took info off an old web page, it was in the process of being updated cuz I moved locations, and then say it was me that didn't get back to them. So here I sit will a bill for over a grand and a machine still not up and running. Why take my contact info if your not going to use it?!? Very unhappy and will never recommend this company to anyone."

"We bought a commercial building that had a compressor system built in. The compressor needed to have a tune up and some diagnostics ran to trouble shoot why it wasn't working. It took the team a bit to find the problem, but once they did it was repaired just like new.
