"I made an appointment online for 10am on April 13th and no one showed up. I called customer service and they rescheduled me for 11:15 that same day. When I showed up for that, they had double booked and the girl doing taxes had no idea I was even supposed to be there. They were able to get me in at 10am the next day, but I'll never use them again."

"Incase you're not familiar with this tax prep service, they are setup inside walmart... right next to the cashiers stations. Sure, probably convenient, if you want to share all of your personal information with the outside world. Its not an office or a building, or a private room within a building. Its a half cubical wall with 2 chairs and a desk to prepare your taxes. Would not recommend to anyone."

"The lady that was going to do my taxes told me that I can’t do them b/c I forgot a w2 and she would not look at my phone for it. I will not be coming back next year. All they do is lie to you. I may have to miss two days of work now b/c they told me one thing and I now I am being told something different."
