"2 years later: still happy! I had a mysterious day-long outage, and decided to call, in case it was "just me." They have a hub at a house next door that's being worked on, so it could have been disconnected. I left voice mail. Half an hour later, service was restored! This continues their excellent record of support! A shout-out to Sandy in Billing, who has always been responsive, helpful, and cordial. My original review, from when I first got service two years ago: I called Friday and they installed the receiver & router the next Tuesday. Pierce and Tori were very informative on the phone. Brandon and Cameron did a great job with the installation. Brandon explained everything and made sure everything was connected and running before they left. They took a check on the initial visit. I have the option of setting up autopay. Tori in Billing was very helpful and responsive with invoices, receipts, and a form to fill out for autopay to comply with regulations. Everyone was professional and at the same time, courteous and good-humored. I could not be happier with this service. Brandon and Cameron tucked in the receiver on the outside of the house. They did a neat job. They were very open to working out exactly where I wanted the lines to go (there were other lines we never used so they used that area) and where they should put the receiver. Since the installation, I have had continuous and fast service at the 2nd tier of service from the bottom with no hitches. Five stars all around. Thank you!"
