"The sales aspect of this organization was second to none! A Pool Day was fantastic making you feel like "Your my kind of customer." How-ever, since the pools been installed we've had several issues come up that should be covered under standard warranty. Pool Liner has chunks of concrete debris between the liner and the frame of the pool (which we've been told by 3 other liner pool installers will rip the liner of the pool well before it would need to get replaced). Pool liner is noticeably loose on stair side of pool (noticed by friends who have liner pools in the same neighborhood installed by different companies). Heater still not heating pool properly (Pentair). Getting them (A Pool Day) to come out and help with items after the pools been installed is and was my concern after speaking to others who had pools installed by A Pool Day (who really doesn't do anything but sell you the pool). We had a "Project Manager" come out mid last year to address and document several issues. Month goes by with no contact. I find out the PM left the company, you think a handoff of knowledge happened? Nope. . . . had to go through the process all over again. Hoping this doesn't go to small claims court this year but based on the email I just received it sounds like it may be my only option. Rating based on my experience: Customer Service = 2 Stars Install of Product = 3 Stars Warranty = 1 Star Price = 4 Stars (get what you pay for I guess)"

"They did my neighbor’s pool and landscaping (a small portion of our property too), and it looks gorgeous! The lilacs, fence, mulch and border lining on our property looks sharp. Super friendly crew too."

Shawn from A Pool Day found an issue with the website and has since responded via email and a brief text apologizing for the web error. I haven’t used them yet but was impressed they worked so hard to respond after finding the issue. I will definitely try to use them again, very impressed with the response."

"We put in a pool last fall and I wanted to make sure our first summer went well so I signed up for the Platinum service package. Chad, Stacy and Ben have been great to deal with. Ben in particular has been onsite each week performing the cleaning/maintenance service. He’s outstanding! He knows his stuff and takes the time to educate us on what he’s doing and why. In all, we wanted peace-of-mind and we’re getting it with A Pool Day!"

Our heater mysteriously stopped working last night and we We’re to have a party later the next day. I contacted Chad and he came out first thing in the morning and replaced our heater with the one from his own pool! If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is!
