"If you want to pay to have your business winterized and then pay to get your pump and pipes replaced, hire them. When a business accepts money to provide services and then will not back up the "work" they did, it is time for a new owner. When the "tech" Alex Tews, finally showed up 2 days after my call, he said that they do not guarantee any winterization. When I was finally able to talk to Pat Smith, the owner, he said that he had to take his tech's word over mine. He said that someone must have entered the building after the work was done and turned the water on. I have video camara's and they do not support his accusations. I hope the corporate bosses will read this review and act upon it. I am a local business owner and rely upon repeat business, I know how important it is to stand behind your product and services. I had to leave one star in order to post this review, they do not deserve any stars."

"***Call any other plumber!*** I scheduled a work order for a roof drain repair. The receptionist charged me $90. When the tech arrived, he wasn’t going to check the drain on the roof until I required it. Then he tells me they don’t work on roof drains. They’ll take $90 for a service call though. I called the office to speak with a manager or owner, but the kid working told me he’d leave a message, but wouldn’t tell me when they’d be there. He spoke to me rudely, then hung up."

"Had an excellent experience with Corey from Mister Rooter in Roscommon!! He installed the new water lines and drain for our utility room. He was early, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. "When every other plumber in our area was filled and busy with frozen pipes, I called at 2pm and had a guy out here by 5 same day. He got our water running after we tried everything for 2 days. I can't say enough about how wonderful he was. We will call again for sure if we ever need help. Thanks Mr. Rooter!!!"
