"Quick extremely good communication and problem solved. My father installed a generator for my house. He made a wiring mistake and we just couldn't figure it out. We called these guys and ask them to come take a look to see what they could figure out. They came within an hour and a half and helped him understand what he wired wrong. Extremely nice guys. "We noticed a red light on the side of our Generac was on and called. They scheduled a tech to come out in a couple days. The tech arrived and within 2 minutes of his arrival, we experienced a power outage! Our tech, Jordan got the situation taken care of immediately! We have power now! Jordan was professional, polite and knowledgeable! Thank you, Jordan and NCPG!"

"They came out for routine maintenance and found oil in my air breather box. Latched one iffy loose valve. Later we had a 65 hour outage. Afterwards I checked air breather box and it had oil in it. Call for service and they came out. Said motor was bad. Tore unit down and made a couple calls. Said a new engine should be here in a couple days. That was July 22 2022 Still no engine and no response from NCPG. My first Generac was purchased from them and had great service. Had trouble connecting with Josh on a new one. I bought this one from another place. They are an authorized dealer and service shop. I don’t know what the deal is with Doing warranty work when it was bought from a third party. I did a lot of recommending for them when I bought from them. Now it’s.a different song and dance. Looks like it will be call the BBB and possibly get some legal advice. If you buy from them then you should be good Otherwise then beware."
