"Highly recommend! I called this company to ask questions and get an idea of what I would be looking at to replace my pool. I had a small rust spot that had started leaking through, so assumed the worst. From that first call, I was so impressed. She explained to me that they most likely could repair and not to write it off yet. (What business actually does that and offers to save you money rather than take more?!) They came out the following week and said they could repair it easily. Within roughly 2wks of that initial phone call, they were out. In one day’s work, the pool was drained, repaired, new liner installed, and back up and running with heater on for kids to swim the final days of summer! Very appreciative. "Make The Pool Guys YOUR pool guys today!!! Just finished a liner replacement and LOVE IT! The Pool Guys are fast, competent, and do the complete job without leaving something undone [see endnote]. This job took multiple measurement visits solely due to the irregular shapes (like non-parallel sides) but TPG puts in the effort to make sure it comes out right, and it shows in the final product. Yes, the price crept up, but that’s because once the old liner was out, other stuff was found (wall corrosion, major holes in the cement) and had to be dealt with. They asked for consent and made sure we knew what should be done and why, especially trying to make our new liner investment last as long as possible and look great. They are gracious about payments as long as you’re not a jerk about it. Did I mention FAST? Day one to remove/drain, day two to repair, install, and fill. Worth the wait for the measurement checks and the liner to be made. Remember folks, the old saw still cuts every time: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. You can go cheap and pay dearly—an unusable pool, costly repairs by others, and likely paying more in the long run—or get THE POOL GUYS from the start and enjoy fast, friendly service with crews you can actually talk to and who WANT to keep you informed! Name-drop specifically to Justin G., co-owner and leader of the measurement/install team. Awesome guys in every way, and the opening/closing guys aren’t bad either! Note: as you see in the photo, the pool is not refilled yet, but that’s not TPG’s fault. TPG did contract three (3) trips with the tanker truck (about 6,000 gallons each), but in a 25- to 30,000-gallon pool, it still takes a lot from the hose and it’s slow-going. Either way—truck or hose—you’re paying for your water, and it got too late in the day for a fourth tank. TPG did what they could—they don’t control the water department or MY hose/spigot—but they are coming back today to re-prime the pump and check the water chemistry."
