"I can find everything I need in this store and it doesn't necessarily need to be for crafting. I've found leather glue for repairing a purse, different markers for marking on fabric and metal. Michael's has it all. Plus they usually have a coupon off at the register! I highly recommend this store!!"
"My negative review of this location keeps being deleted. Listen to your customers. The self checkouts are a major issue, and the fact that staff doesn’t have permissions to help with things at the register without managers present is unfortunate. Especially since when a manager was called, it took them nearly ten minutes to respond and come on the floor. And when they did, they didn’t assist the clearly overwhelmed employees, just shouted about self checkouts existing, and walked away. It took me over 30 minutes to get through SELF checkout, waiting for a manager to come solve the issue with the machine. Finally an associate had to jump in to check me out, and had me cut past the people who had been waiting over 10-15 minutes to make a return. I’ll be going to another location from now on."
