"Had Adam do an estimate to install heating system. After we agreed, in September, Adam said he was behind, that he would take a down payment for the work the first or second week of November. So since then we have been trying to contact him only to get voicemail and no return call. Never have I been ghosted by a contractor or been told "I don't have time to talk." Update: contacted Amy at the office, after her response to my review, to give this company another chance. Was told 23 days out for an appointment and she said our quote was no longer valid. Asked for another quote Amy never contacted us back. Talked to another one of their customer's (on spring bay rd) said they had the exact same experience. Called in October 2021 job finished June 2022. This company is taking on more work than they can finish. Which in turn puts customer's at the back of an ever growing line and takes away potential business from other local businesses...who could finish the job in a much more timely fashion. Stay away from this business."
