"I totally got ripped off by this place I had my clog fixed by them before and it was a reasonable price 3 years ago or so I went back thinking it would be around the same they charged me $860 this time and didn't even warn me. When I deal with customers where I work we make sure they know how much they are paying before the work is done."

"I called to have two faucets switched out. The same day, three young guys showed. First thing I thought was odd. I thought I was going to get an estimate then we’d schedule when they were going to come do the work, but one started working in the bathroom. I asked how much it was going to be, he sent me to the other guy and said he was going to do a write up. I then went outside to ask the other guy, he sent me back to the other guy inside so I asked him again, he said the other one was doing it. I was so confused, then they sent me to the Soo (I live in Brimley) to purchase the new kitchen faucet (as I was unaware this would be happening today). At this point they still haven’t given me a quote. I returned, they installed faucet in 5-10min. After install two of the guys went out to their van to wait and the other tall guy kept going back to my bathroom saying he was “going to check something”. He did that multiple times, the one guy even came back from outside and asked where he was. The tall guy finally came back from the bathroom and gave me the bill, $660 to change out faucets!!! I was beyond mind blown!!! How and can you not give a quote BEFORE work is agreed upon!? Warning to anyone who would not like to pay for $300 an hour for service. Why does it take three guys 2 hours to change two faucets? Horrible that they do this and feel ok about it!"

"There is something not right with this company. They took my deposit and did not show for a major project twice. When I tried to reach them through their message service, I finally got an excuse, but no indication of a new date scheduled. While a young man who had been in my house before seems competent and knows what he is doing, overall, this company is not reliable for residential projects. I lost my trust in them and now I am fighting for them returning my deposit. Not a good experience."

"I would like to be positive but I cannot. I had a broken part - sent them a picture and manufacturer. They came without the part and gery-riggid it. Lasted three days. I - I ordered the proper part and they have - since the beginning of July - not come back to install it. I expect I am small potatoes - but integrity and honesty is far more important."

"Called them for an emergency had water backing up in my basement from an external pipe and they never returned my call. I had to call someone else. I had called them in the morning and I still hadn’t heard anything back by 11 am."
