"Shawn T. came out to our house to do annual inspection of A/C and dehumidifier. He arrived on-time and all work was done professionally. He found a bad part in the dehumid unit, but it had to be ordered. When it came in a few days later, we set up a day and time range for his next visit. I asked if he could accommodate my schedule for that day and arrive in the early part of the time range. Not only did he do so, but he actually called me earlier in the day and came over and completed the work in time so that there was no conflict with my schedule.
